New Year’s Eve BashAges: 50’s / 60’s mostly.The Best Place for You to Celebrate the Close of 2013Hosts Fred Gansky (LA Singles Society) and Bob Levine (Club 6025) invite you to celebrate a very special evening filled with great entertainment, dancing, beautiful surroundings, delicious food, and enthusiastic revelers.Venue: The Sportsmen’s Lodge Hotel & Ballroom in Studio City (12825 Ventura Blvd, 91604). It’s centrally located in the San Fernando Valley, within a half hour drive from the Westside, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Westlake & the west Valley, Pasadena, Burbank and Glendale, and the Santa Clarita Valley. Two years ago Fred sponsored an event there that pulled in over 250 people! Doors will open at 7:30 PM!We are very fortunate to have The Steve Waddington Band for our entertainment. They are one of the best groups that we have ever used. They last played for us at our Labor Day Weekend Party at the Mediterranean Express in Encino in 2012. They will play from 8:30PM until 12:30AM. Steve is a consummate entertainer. Dessert: White Chocolate Mousse with fresh Raspberries.Warm rolls and butter, coffee, water, iced and hot tea will also be served. Because we need to prepare in advance for the correct number of each entrée, there will be NO TICKETS sold at the door. All reservations with payment should be made by midnight, December 26. Directions to Sportsmen’s Lodge: From West Hollywood area-take Laurel Canyon north to Ventura Blvd, left turn, 1 mile to facility. From Beverly Hills area-take Coldwater Canyon north (facility is at Coldwater and Ventura). From Pasadena/Glendale-take 134 into the 101 and exit at Coldwater Canyon. Make left turn and go 1 mile to driveway entrance on left side just before Ventura. From Westside-take 405 north to 101 east to Coldwater Canyon. Make right turn and go 1 mile to driveway entrance on left side just before Ventura. From west Valley, Ventura and Westlake areas-go east on the 101 to Coldwater Canyon and make right turn to facility. From Santa Clarita Valley-take 405 south to 101 east to Coldwater Canyon and make right to facility.
