Know your beauty, know your strengths

First, let’s create the list of your Top Ten Elements of Appeal. Identify for yourself these qualities and characteristics that make you uniquely wonderful. The “goodies” that you bring to your future relationship, which will make having you as a partner worth all the trouble.

Then, highlight the Top Five – what it is about you that can and will touch and enrich the life of the man who will be by your side? Dating can be and often is an ego-deflating experience as all of those little and not to so little disappointments can and do take a toll.
